DTM – Daniel Juncadella Mercedes reserve driver

Daniel Juncadella was appointed by Marcedes to the position of reserve pilot in DTM. The 2012 champion of the F3 Euro Series will ultimately have a busy schedule since it will defend the interests of the German manufacturer on the Nordschleife Nürburgring in DTM with Team Black Falcon in addition to its commitment in Blancpain GT Series with Team AKKA ASP.

Daniel Juncadella played four seasons in DTM with Mercedes between 2013 and 2016 but was never able to achieve a single podium, his best result being a 4th place obtained at the Norisring in 2013 and at the Lausitzring in 2014.
