DTM – Jamie Green winner at the Lausitzring

Jamie Green won Race 2 of the DTM at the Lausitzring after winning his duel over Robert Wickens (Mercedes). The Briton, who started from 3rd row, remained behind the Canadian's wheels until the stops at the end of which he was able to take the advantage over the Canadian who still had cold tires.

The latter even gave in to Mattias Ekström. The World RX leader overtook Robert Wickens at the end of the race after changing his tires on the first lap after starting from 8th position and gave Audi a one-two finish.

Gary Paffett (Mercedes) finished just off the podium ahead of the RS 5 DTMs of Mike Rockenfeller, Nico Müller and René Rast. The only BMWs in the top ten, those of Maxime Martin and Marco Wittmann, are ahead of Lucas Auer (Mercedes) who maintains a clear lead in the Championship with double the points compared to Gary Paffett, his closest rival. Loïc duval (Audi) finished in last position.
