The Munich brand confirms its good form with a hat-trick in qualifying led by the Brazilian.

DTM – Q2: Augusto Farfus leads a BMW hat-trick

Augustus Farfus was the fastest in the second qualifying session of the DTM in Zandvoort (Netherlands). His time of 1'27''475 puts him in pole position for race 2 in the afternoon. Behind him follow two of his teammates, Marco Wittmann and Maxime Martin.

Jamie Green is best placed at Audi in 4^e position 2 tenths from the Brazilian. Timo Glock (BMW) achieves 5^e time but is under investigation for embarrassing Edoardo Mortara (Mercedes), last time of the session.

René Rast is the first Mercedes representative in 6^e place ahead of Mike Rockenfeller (Audi). Gary Paffett (Mercedes), Bruno Spengler (BMW) and Maro Engel (Mercedes) complete the top 10. Loïc duval (Audi), best time in the morning, is only 15^e 8 tenths from Farfus.
