DTM – Spengler: “My car was fantastic”

Since the start of the season, Bruno Spengler has been among the fastest drivers in the German Touring Car Championship on all types of track. Behind the wheel of his BMW M3 DTM, the Canadian had already won at the Lausiztring before scoring two other podiums at Brands Hatch and at the Norisring. For the sixth round of the season, he left no chance to his rivals and achieved the hat-trick at the Nürburgring, enough to offer a nice gift to the propeller firm for the 40th anniversary of the BMW M.

« Every morning when I wake up, I wonder how I'm going to win the next race, explains Spengler. This is what I live for, this is my passion, and I just won this weekend. It's fantastic. My car was fantastic. I really attacked, especially in the first stint since the competition was putting pressure on me. However, I was able to defend my position. I would like to thank BMW Team Schnitzer. The team once again showed what it was capable of this weekend. »
