Marco Wittmann (BMW) thought he had carried out the good operation of the Zandvoort weekend by winning this Sunday afternoon and coming back to seven points behind Mattias Ekström (Audi) in the general classification. But the Munich firm's driver was disqualified from Sunday's race after insufficient fuel was discovered in his M4 after the finish.

Mike Rockenfeller (Audi) therefore inherits the victory in front Loïc duval (Audi), who scored his best result in the discipline, and Mattias Ekström (Audi), who reached the podium. Nico Müller secures an Audi quadruple ahead of Gary Paffett (Mercedes), Maxime Martin (BMW), Timo Glock (BMW), Augusto Farfus (BMW), Jamie Green (Audi) and Bruno Spengler (BMW) who enter the top 10. Ekström is now ahead of René Rast (Audi) in the general classification of championship.
