Eighth pole of the season for Rast at Hockenheim

Stake or not, René Rast remains the same on the track. In this finale of the 2019 season, the Audi driver, crowned champion since the last round at the Nürburgring, took pole position – his 8th of the season – ahead of Marco Wittmann (BMW) by a tenth and Mike by two tenths. Rockenfeller (Audi). Loïc duval (Audi) will start from 5th position grid of a race whose start will be given at 13:30 p.m.

On a drying track, the Super GT cars, invited to this last round of the DTM, were a little more comfortable: Jenson Button (Honda) setting an excellent 6th time, the Japanese Hirakawa (Lexus) and Matsuda (Nissan) forming the last line.
