The final DTM calendar for 2014

The FIA ​​World Council having unveiled the final calendar for the F3 European Championship, ITR presented that of the next season of the DTM which will include numerous events in common with the single-seater discipline. The promoters of the Championship have managed to keep a calendar almost identical to the first version presented in October since only the Nürburgring meeting has been postponed by a week. “The teams will not have to leave directly from Red Bull Ring in Austria at the Nürburgring and will be able to prepare normally with a two-week break,” explained Hans Werner Aufrecht, the director of the discipline.

The rest of the schedule is unchanged. Hungary will return to the DTM program for the first time in 26 years while China will host the discipline for the third time, the first in Guandong. On the other hand, Germany will continue to have a large number of events since six races will be contested there.
