Sheldon van der Linde goes on the attack with Rowe
Fifteen days after confirming his entry into the DTM, Rowe Racing has revealed the identity of the driver brought in to defend its interests. This year, the German structure will be represented by Sheldon van der Linde who wanted to extend his adventure within the championship. He will be behind the wheel of the BMW M6 GT3.
« First of all, I am delighted to be able to continue DTM on board a BMW, blurted the South African. After two years and several strong moments my goal is to use the experience I have now stored. I want to progress and help the team do the same.
I am proud to be part of the Rowe Racing project and I would like to thank the team for the trust placed ».

This announcement also confirms a fratricidal duel to come. Indeed, Sheldon van der Linde will cross paths with his brother Kelvin making his DTM debut with ABT Sport. Something to spice up the next family reunions.
