Video: Mercedes-AMG's final DTM season

After a final year marked by the Drivers - Manufacturers double with Gary Paffett, Mercedes-AMG will leave the DTM after this 2018 season. The opportunity to look back on this campaign after 30 years of involvement in tourism.

2018 marks the end of an era for the German Touring Car Championship DTM. From 2019, Audi and BMW, which should be joined by R-Motorsport (under license Aston Martin), will now be the only two German manufacturers involved in the series, following the departure of Mercedes-AMG.

The Stuttgart brand announced its withdrawal in 2017, with the desire to turn towards Formula E, thus ending a 30-year presence in the category. Mercedes-AMG concluded its program with the two Drivers' (Gary Paffett) and Manufacturers' titles, won this season.

To mark the end of its involvement across the Rhine, Mercedes-AMG has unveiled a film lasting more than an hour and a half, retracing this last campaign of the star-studded firm in DTM.
