Fenestraz will start in a Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 in 2019
Sacha fenestraz will emigrate to Japan in 2019. The Franco-Argentinian will be one of the championship rookies Super GT in the GT300 category, competing in a Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 from the Kondo Racing team. His teammate will be Kazuki Hiramine, 2nd in the F3 Japan in 2012 and 10th in the GT300 in 2018.
Third in the 2018 Macau Grand Prix was dropped by Renault Sport Academy in the offseason due toa lack of results in Formula 3 Europe (11th with a victory in Pau). In accordance with what he had expressed in the edition 2196 AUTOhebdo, the lack of opportunities in single-seaters on the European continent provoked his desire to race in the medium term in Japan.
The Kondo Racing team will also lead a second program with the entry of a Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring (Germany, June 22-23) for Tsugio Matsuda, Mitsunori Takaboshi, Tomonobu Fujii and Tom Coronel.
