GT1: Perfect weekend for Lamborghini

The Lamborghini Murcielagos monopolized the lead of the FIA GT1 field in Navarre. Schwager / Pastorelli won the #37 ahead of Winkelhock / Basseng, victorious in the qualifying race with the #38.

The #38 Lamborghini of Markus Winkelhock / Marc Basseng started from pole in the Championship race, but had to cede the lead of the race to the #37 of Dominik Schwager / Nicky Pastorelli after a drive-through. 37 made a good comeback from the fourth row of the grid following a penalty received during the round at Silverstone.

Jamie Campbell-Walter / David Brabham take the last step of the podium. The crew of the #21 Nissan GT-R is ahead of the #41 Ford GT Matech of Bertrand Baguette and Maxime Martin, the Belgian leaving Navarre after putting in a very good performance.

Markus Winkelhock / Marc Basseng increase their lead in the Championship with 15 points ahead of the duo Lucas Luhr / Michael Krumm, who finished sixth in the race in the No. 23 Nissan GT-R. All Inkl.com leads the Teams Championship with 20 points ahead of Hexis AMR.
