Honda and Team Kunimitsu dominate Motegi qualifying

The reigning champions Team Kunimitsu reminded the competition that they still had to be reckoned with in 2021. Naoki Yamamoto and Tadasuke Makino (Honda NSX-GT n°1) dominated the qualifying session for the 300 km event from Motegi this Saturday morning.

Yamamoto set the benchmark time in Q2 in 1'37″498, 51 thousandths ahead of the Toyota GR Supra GT500 n°19 – WedsSport Bandoh by Yuji Kunimoto and Ritomo Miyata.
