This Sunday, during the long race at the Valencia meeting, Continental Racing started from 2nd place on the starting grid. 7 hours and 216 laps later, the trio Fargier, Maire, Coué crossed the finish line in first position, thereby signing their first double of the season. A clean race contested at the wheel of a car with more understeer behavior than the day before and passed away from the inside vibrators of several turns of the Ricardo Tormo circuit from mid-race.

Spared by mechanical problems, the Lamera #40 rediscovers the pleasure of fighting at the forefront until the checkerboard. This notably enabled him to repel attacks from the ETC Racing-1 crews (Dufour, Parsa, Demigneux), 2nd, and Team Lamera (Wilfried, Thomas and Matteo Merafina), 3rd after experiencing technical problems, like the day before in race 1.

We will remember the 6th place of the Alma Racing-Tremblaye crew (Loeul, Ettienne, Tremblaye) which confirms its return to form. After taking a very good 2nd place in race 1 on Saturday, the Lamera #65 was on the podium for a long time in race 2. In the Pro-AM category, the day's performance is to the credit of the AMS Propreté by CTF crew. (Christophe, Fabien and Tristan Heliou) who won the category in front of his direct opponents in the championship at the same time as he took 3rd place in the general classification of the event.

A choice performance which augurs a particularly competitive race for the title in this class during the final scheduled for Dijon on October 21 and 22. In the Gentleman category, the Lamera Ange Barde by ETC (Lurol, Czimer, Piquet) managed to win. A revenge after the disappointment recorded the day before in race 1. Dominant, the crew had to settle for 3rd place after being the victim of a collision.
