Cars in the new category developed by SRO have four additional track days plus an event reserved for Porsches at Paul Ricard.

The GT2s meet at Spa and Paul Ricard

Despite the crisis, SRO continues to advance the GT2 category. Competitors will already have the opportunity to compete against each other during the GT World Challenge Europe sprint series, which begins this weekend in Misano.

SRO has just added four new dates, this time in the form of track days, for gentlemen without a desire to compete. THE Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport, KTM Paul Ricard on November 2 and 8.

The circuit will also host the Porsche Supersportscar weekend from October 2 to 4 in support of the French FFSA GT4 championship. The event will be reserved for Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport and Porsche 935s.

The real competitive debut of the GT2 category will take place in 2021 with its own events. They will be run in the form of two one-hour sprint races, with Pro-Am, Am, over-50s and over-60s categories.
