Craft-Bamboo Racing will defend the interests of Mercedes-AMG at the FIA GT World Cup in Macau, with Edoardo Mortara and Alessio Picariello.

Mortara and Picariello in Macau with Craft-Bamboo and Mercedes

Passed into the clan Mercedes-AMG à l’inter-saison après longtemps avoir évolué avec Porsche, Craft-Bamboo Racing retrouvera les rues de Macao en novembre prochain pour la Coupe du Monde FIA GT.

The Asian structure will field two Mercedes-AMG GT3s, which will be entrusted to Edoardo Mortara and Alessio Picariello. The Swiss is a triple winner on the Guia track in 2011, 2012 and 2013, on the event then known as the Macau GT Cup, and before the FIA World Cup label.

The Belgian Picariello competed this year for Craft-Bamboo Racing in Blancpain GT World Challenge Asia alongside Jeffrey Lee, with two successes at Sepang in Malaysia and at Suzuka in Japan.

Mercedes-AMG should quickly confirm other official drivers to play for victory in Macau. We potentially think of Raffaele Marciello or Maro Engel in particular.
