Après 10 courses très disputées, la Porsche Carrera Cup France se rend à Portimao (Portugal) pour connaître son dénouement. À l’aube de la finale, deux pilotes se présentent comme grandissimes favoris au sacre. Avec 5 points d’avance au classement, Dorian Boccolacci (Martinet by Alméras) has the ideal position before starting this weekend. Facing him, Marvin Klein (CLRT) is on an impressive run of 5 victories in the last 6 outings which has allowed it to make up a good part of its deficit. While waiting for the conclusion of the campaign in Portugal, the Cannes native could secure the rookie title in qualifying as he only needs one point to win the category. We will also have to follow the fight for 3rd place between Florian Latorre (CLRT) and Alessandro Ghiretti (Martinet by Alméras), only separated by 7 units.

In Pro-Am, nothing is decided. Two weeks ago, Nicolas Misslin (BWT Lechner Racing) took back control of the championship from Jérôme Boullery (YDEO). The Monegasque is 6 points ahead of his rival and hopes to do the Supercup – Carrera Cup France double. Christopher Stone (Pierre Martinet by Alméras) still has a slim chance of winning the title since he is already 36 points behind.

In Am, Maxence Maurice (IMSA Performance) still has a 21-point lead over Tugdual Rabreau (CLRT). The latter had a sensational weekend in Barcelona when his rival was the victim of racing incidents. One therefore arrives pumped up like never before while the other must forget the last round and remember the work acquired throughout the season.

After two free practice sessions on Friday, the PCCF drivers will get to the heart of the matter on Saturday. The qualification will give an idea of everyone's performance, it will be followed from 13:15 p.m. Then comes the first race of the weekend at 18:20 p.m. where the first titles could be distributed. The C2 will be followed this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and will put an end to the 2021 financial year. All races will be followed live video on autohebdo.fr.
