Audi remains the strongest in DTM, with a new quintuple of RS 5s in race 2 at the Nürburgring, led by the Dutchman Robin Frijns.
Nico Müller (Audi), author of the pole, had nevertheless led the first stint, stopping at the same time as René Rast (Audi), third in the hierarchy behind Robin Frijns (Audi).
It was the latter who performed the best operation by stopping a lap later and quickly taking the advantage over Müller. If the Dutchman takes off, Rast imitates him immediately and takes second place from the championship leader.
Müller will also give in to Mike Rockenfeller, third under the checkered flag, and Loïc duval, to end his weekend in 5th place. 6th, Sheldon van der Linde is once again the best representative of the BMW clan.
