After the Monaco Grand Prix where he replaced Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button continues its return to high-level motor racing. The 2009 world champion F1 was confirmed within the Team Mugen to pilot the NSX-GT during 1000 km from Suzuka which will take place on August 27.

Within Team Mugen, Button will be accompanied by Hideki Mutoh and Daisuke Nakajima. The Englishman will take his first laps of the season during tire tests on June 6 and 7.
