Supercars – Chaz Mostert ends DJR Team Penske streak

Chaz Mostert (Ford) won the fourth and final race of the Supercars meeting in Melbourne held outside the Championship. The Supercheap Auto Racing resident gained three positions from his place on the grid, taking advantage in particular of the punctures of Fabian Coulthard (Ford), double winner this weekend, and Jamie Whincup (Holden).

The driver of the #55 Falcon won with around ten seconds ahead of the Holdens of Shane van Gisbergen, the Championship leader, and Tim Slade.

The Nissans of Todd Kelly and Michael Caruso completed the top five ahead of the Holdens of James Courtney, Scott Pye and Will Davison. Jason Bright (Ford) and David Reynolds (Holden) completed the race's top ten.

Fabian Coulthard remains the strongest

Fabian Coulthard remains the winner over the entire weekend thanks to his two successes in Race 1 and Race 3, even if the DJR Team Penske driver finished 20th in the last event.
