Tréluyer replaces Duval in DTM at Zolder

The programme DTM of Audi being about to come to an end, Loïc duval very logically decided – by mutual agreement with his Germanic employer – to prioritize his commitments in IMSA. This weekend, Chartrain will not be in Zolder, but in Petit Le Mans, where he will support Sébastien Bourdais and Tristan Vautier in the No. 5 JDC-Miller Motorsports Cadillac DPi-VR.

His seat at the wheel of the No. 5 RS28 DTM will be occupied by his friend and compatriot Benoît Tréluyer who, as surprising as it may seem, will make his DTM debut. The three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, however, knows the car well, behind the wheel of which he notably shone last November at the Fuji Speedway, during the Dream Race Super GTxDTM.

The Frenchman also carried out tests with the Audi at the beginning of July at Spa-Francorchamps, before the start of the season.
