31 single-seaters invited in Eurocup FR 2.0

Renault Sport Technologies has published a list of ten teams preselected to participate in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 in 2010. In total, 31 places are already reserved.

31 single-seaters invited in Eurocup FR 2.0

Already present in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, Epsilon Euskadi (4 single-seaters), Koiranen Bros Motorsport (4), MP Motorsport (3), One Racing (2) and Tech 1 Racing (4) will continue to compete in the World Series by Renault in 2011. Fortec Motorsport team (3) will make its return to the discipline.

The organizing committee also preselected four new teams: Keo Racing (2), which had already made a remarkable appearance in Eurocup 2010, Josef Kaufmann Racing (3), reference team in Germany in the single-seater categories, KTR (2) , previously entered in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, and R Tech Grand Prix (4), a new French team which has solid foundations.

A waiting list has been created which includes Arta Engineering, Cram Competition, Interwetten.com Racing, Krenek Motorsport and SL Formula Racing.

The drivers already announced are Oscar Tunjo (Josef Kaufmann Racing), Daniil Kvyat and Carlos Sainz Jr (Koiranen Bros Motorsport), Stoffel Vandoorne (KTR) and Côme Ledogar (R-Tech Grand Prix).
