  • After Race 1 on Saturday morning, Enzo Peugeot takes victory in Race 3 this Sunday, thus joining the circle of winners of the Grand Prix de Pau.
  • Part 3e, Enzo Peugeot took advantage of the first laps of the track in the dry to stay in contact with poleman Kevin Foster, previously overtaken by Evan Giltaire before the race was suddenly interrupted after the appearance of rain above the Pau track.
  • Wearing his rain tires, Enzo Peugeot then did well to get the better of Evan Giltaire a few moments after overtaking Kevin Foster. Taking advantage of better experience on this urban circuit that his opponent was discovering, the repeater gave him no chance by dropping off at the entrance to Beaumont Park to slip right under his nose.
  • The hardest part, Enzo Peugeot was then able to unfold. Evan Giltaire unable to find the rhythm on the wet tarmac, the Costalorian gradually let go to take the checkered flag with almost 3 seconds in advance. Belgian Yani Stevenheydens completed the podium, his second of the season after that of Race 2 (reverse grid) at Nogaro in April.
  • Winner of Race 3 and therefore of the 2023 Pau Grand Prix in the absence of the Euroformula Open, Enzo Peugeot joins names like Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart, François Cevert and even Rene Arnoux. With this victory, he even took the lead in the championship ahead of Evan Giltaire for the first time this season. Four units separate the two men now.
