We expected a daggers-drawn battle for the title and constant suspense, but not such a scenario. In the last lap of the last race of the final meeting of the year, Macéo Capietto sent his rival Esteban Masson to the carpet at the Adelaide hairpin, with a rather crude maneuver which allowed him to take the title of champion .
