Nikita Bedrin (PHM AIX Racing) started from pole position in Race 1 of the F4 UAE weekend in Dubai, ahead of Kean Nakamura-Berta (Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited) and Freddie Slater (Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited). The Safety Car was out from the start after some mayhem at the start in the peloton and the collision between Rashid al Dhaheri (Prema) and Matteo Quintarelli (Saintéloc Racing).

Bedrin retained his advantage on the restart after a long neutralization to win without being worried. Nakamura-Berta took second ahead of Dion Gowda (Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited), who passed Slater on the first lap.

Doriane Pin in the top 10

Dorian Pin (Prema) started in 13th position, just behind his compatriot Enzo Deligny (R-ace GP). On a track that the young Frenchwoman was discovering, she took advantage of the first turns to slip into the top 10. Pocket rocket then surprised Tiago Rodrigues (Xcel Motorsports) during the first braking in the final moments of the race to finish seventh.

Follow Race 2 from Dubai from 13:00 p.m. (French time). Doriane Pin will start in 6th position on the grid.
