  • A great operation. Author of a double pole position on Friday, his 7e and 8e of the season, Evan Giltaire started the three-race series in the best possible way. Starting from the leading position during the C1 this Saturday, Enzo's runner-up Peugeot at the championship has amply mastered his subject.
  • Under the threat of Kevin Foster and Romain Andriolo at the start, the Isarien was able to immediately protect himself from a possible attack thanks to a very good reaction. Behind him, the fight between his two closest pursuers but also Enzo Peugeot and Edgar Pierre allowed him to breathe.
  • Thus, after a lap, Evan Giltaire was able to distance himself to the point of being almost two seconds ahead of Kevin Foster. Without trembling, without being threatened, he took the checkerboard alone to win his 5e victory of the season, having recently lost that of Race 3 at Misano after the protest of Enzo Peugeot.
  • In the championship, this victory, won with the point for the best lap in the race, allowed him to considerably reduce the gap on Enzo Peugeot, 4e this Saturday during the C1 behind Edgar Pierre. From 28 before the start of the final at Paul-Ricard, his delay on the leader has increased to 12 lengths while there are still two races to go.
