In the middle of a long break in the season F2, which will resume the weekend of December 3 for the penultimate event of the season in Saudi Arabia, Theo Pourchaire stopped at Le Castellet for the French Formula 4 round. The ART Grand Prix member driver was invited by the FFSA to drive the new Mygale Gen 2, which will enter the championship next season. The Frenchman largely dominated EL1, setting the best time (2'07″803) ahead of Noah Andy (+2″412) and Macéo Capietto (+2″517). As a reminder, the native of Grasse made his debut in car in this discipline, during the 2018 season. He won the junior championship one round before the end, before winning the German F4 the following year.
In issue 2332 of AUTOhebdo available in digital version from Monday October 4, discover a complete analysis file on the Mygale GEN 2 that we will see on the French F4 tracks in 2022.
