Keyvan Andres confirmed at HWA Racelab

HWA Racelab has confirmed its first driver for the inaugural FIA season F3 which replaces the GP3 Series by announcing the presence of Keyvan Andres in its team.

The 18-year-old German of Iranian origin played in the US F2000 before cutting his teeth in Spanish F3 and Euroformula Open. It was Motopark that tackled European F3 before moving to Van Amersfoort Racing last year with a podium finish at Norising. He also traveled to Macao (China) at the end of the year.

“HWA has many years of experience in different areas of motorsport and I am sure I will be able to benefit from it, comments the new recruit. My personal goal for the coming season is to progress as a driver and I will do my best to achieve this. I will also try with the team to adapt as quickly as possible to the championship. It will be a tough but exciting competition. I am 100% convinced that we will be successful. »

“Despite his young age, Keyvan already has several years of experience in car, adds Team Principal Thomas Strick. This experience will certainly help us as a new F3 team. We can in return offer him the chance to become a complete pilot. »
