The end of the season F3 promises to be thrilling. With three rounds still to go (Belgium, Netherlands and Italy), Isack Hadjar (Hitech GP), Victor Martins (ART Grand Prix) and Arthur Leclerc (Prema) are in 9 points. The first two cities are even tied at the top of the ranking with 104 units on each side.

Virtually leader of the championship thanks to a greater number of victories than Victor Martins (3 against 2), Isack Hadjar will attack his first race weekend in this posture. If the pressure can be significant less than three weeks before the final whistle and with the various issues that we know, the Ile-de-France player does not seem destabilized by the situation. On the contrary, he is Olympian calm while the fight for the title has never been so close.

« I'm not changing my approach at all, he clarified when asked if he felt a certain pressure before attacking the Belgian meeting this weekend. There is still a long way to go, with three rounds to go. I will continue to give everything without paying attention to the ranking for the moment."

Hadjar, a successful season for his debut

After impressing in FRECA in 2021 where he was crowned rookie of the year, Isack Hadjar wasted no time in getting everyone to agree in F3. Just a few days before the end of the campaign, the Habs took a quick look at their first experience in Formula 3 where they established themselves as one of the leaders in the championship. Among its strong points, the member of Red Bull Junior Team increased its speed.

« I think I was fast in all the races, he emphasizes. Only during the last (18e during the Main Race in Hungary) where I suffered a little more. Apart from this one, I have always had a very good car.

For a rookie I think I'm having a good season but it's not over yet. I have improved a little in all areas. You always learn a lot in F3 when you start. I have progressed in every sense of the word, whether it be working with the team, the way I prepare my weekends but also on the technical level."

Not impressed by repeaters such as Arthur Leclerc, Jak Crawford (Prema) or his friend Victor Martins, Isack Hadjar found a place in the peloton in F3. And with three rounds remaining in the season, he is more than ever in contention to win the title before his promotion to F2 announced by Helmut Marko in our columns a few weeks ago.
