- They are definitely the two strong men of the weekend. Already authors of the best time in their respective groups during the first qualifying session of the morning, Andrea Kimi Antonelli (Prema) and Tim Tramnitz (R-ace GP) repeated their fine performance a few hours later. The two young men will in fact share the front row of race 1, in addition to having already secured it for race 2.
- This time, however, the honors of pole position go to the Italian Antonelli. The protégé of Mercedes won his first pole of the year (for race 1) ahead of the German, who will start alongside him at 18:05 p.m. The two men will start ahead of Santiago Ramos (RPM) and Kas Haverkort (Van Amersfoort).
- Qualified 3rd for race 2 on Sunday, Habs Sami Meguetounif confirmed his good intentions as he will start 6th in Race 1 later in the day (18:05 p.m.). A quality weekend for the Marseillais, who will start just ahead of his compatriot Macéo Capietto. Alessandro Giusti (G4 Racing) will start from 18th position. Championship leader Martinius Stenshorne finished as the best rookie in qualifying with a 13th position on the grid.
