Doriane Pin in FRECA with the Iron Dames and Marta Garcia

Dorian Pin is turning more and more towards car. In his absolute dream of reaching Formula 1 in the long term, the young woman, already involved in F1 Academy where she wears the colors of Mercedes, the 20-year-old Frenchwoman will compete in her first season of FRECA in parallel. She will represent the Iron Dames, Deborah Mayer's structure becoming the very first all-female team in the championship. The Habs will in fact be associated with the outgoing F1 Academy champion, Marta Garcia (23), announced Tuesday in the magenta ranks.

With this double single-seater program, the question arises ofEndurance. Both the F1 Academy and the WEC, where Doriane Pin is also entered in a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 of the Iron Dames, were reconcilable, this is not the case with the FRECA calendar since several date conflicts exist. “ Pocket Rocket » will thus miss the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, at least, since the opening of the regional single-seater championship at Hockenheim will take place the same weekend as the Belgian event. However, we are able to confirm that it will be good at the start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 15 June.

For the future, nothing is yet set in stone, but the Parisian could potentially miss the meetings in São Paulo (July 14) and Fuji (September 15) since FRECA will be in Mugello and Austria at the same time. On the other hand, it could be present without problem in Austin (September 1) and Bahrain (November 2) since there is no clash of dates with the Regional Formula.
