The championship leader responded in the Principality. Forced to settle for 2e place in Race 1 the day before, Dino Beganovic (Prema) rounded off his Monaco weekend perfectly by winning ahead of Hadrien David (R-ace GP) this Sunday at the Race 2.

As was predictable, this second race of the weekend in Monaco was not very eventful, if at all. Getting off to a good start when the lights went out, the Swede was able to resist Hadrien David and Gabriele Mini (ART Grand Prix) when negotiating the first turn of the princely route.

On a circuit where overtaking is not commonplace and even less so with the Tatuus T-318, Dino Beganovic had a relatively calm Sunday outing. Quickly sheltered from Hadrien David and Gabriele Mini over whom he was able to take almost half a dozen seconds ahead, the Scandinavian did not have to force himself during Race 2.

Far ahead in the lead, Dino Beganovic saw Hadrien David come back to less than 3 seconds two minutes from the checkerboard but did not give in to get his 3e success of the 2022 season ahead of the Frenchman and Gabriele Mini. The Swede is the only driver to have won at least once at each meeting this year (Monza, Imola and Monaco). Behind the leading trio, things have also not changed since no overtaking is noted in the Top 8 of this Race 2, confirming the difficulties in overtaking in Monaco and with the Tatuus T-318.

As for the other Tricolores, Sami Meguetounif (MP Motorsport), Esteban Masson (FA Racing), Victor Bernier (FA Racing) and Owen Tangavelou (G4 Racing) respectively ranked 11e, 15e, 17e and 19e. Maceo Capietto (Monolite) was forced to retire.
