Very fast since the first laps of the track in Dubai this Friday, Hadrien David did not go into detail during Race 1 this Saturday in the Dubai city, thus perfectly launching his last FRAC meeting.

Second on the grid, the Habs get off to a very good start and stay in touch from pole sitter Sebastian Montoya. In form, Hadrien David is present in the mirrors of the Colombian who does not hesitate to strengthen his defense to maintain control of the race. Faced with the defensive intensity of the Prema driver, the R-ace GP representative took his patience and went on the attack 25 minutes from time.

Returning to contact with Sebastian Montoya, Hadrien David breaks him in the rapid sequence at the Dubai Autodrome and takes the lead for the first time. On a very fast pace, the Frenchman quickly creates a gap but the immobilization of Amna Al Qubaisi on the track sees the Safety Car come into play.

With the gap reduced to zero, Hadrien David had no trouble managing the restart and managed to keep Sebastian Montoya at bay, thus avoiding any defense on the Colombian. Much faster than the rest of the peloton, the R-ace GP driver quickly gave himself some air with almost 4 seconds ahead of the rest while Sebastian Montoya lost his 2nd place to the detriment of Pepe Marti.

The final neutralization will not change anything for Hadrien David who will cross the finish line under Safety Car regime. He is even in a very good position since he took pole for Race 3 also at the start of the day.

Third on the line, Sebastian Montoya regains the championship leader's chair since Gabriele Mini, leading from Yas Marina, was forced to retire in the last quarter of an hour of the race.

Isack Hadjar and Pierre-Louis Chovet, the two other French representatives, were more discreet for the first race of the weekend. The first ranked 8th, the second 10th.
