Jules Bianchi in the unknown

Jules Bianchi comes from a famous motorsport family. His grandfather, Mauro, won in various races. F3 and endurance and his great-uncle, Lucien, competed in seventeen Grands Prix F1 and thirteen editions of 24 Hours of Le Mans by winning in his last participation at the wheel of a Ford GT40 in 1968.

French Formula Champion Renault 2.0 in 2007, Jules BIanchi began his second Formula 3 Euro Series season last week at Hockenheim. Fifth then third in the two races, the ART Grand Prix driver shares third place in the general classification after the first of ten meetings of the season.

From Friday, he will take the wheel of a Formula Renault 3.5, a car twice as powerful as the F3: “I was able to test the Formula Renault 3.5 after my title in Formula Renault 2.0 a year and a half ago. I will have to familiarize myself with the circuit. I only know him through the PlayStation. I will do the best I can with the main objective of familiarizing myself with the circuit and hoping to return in the near future. I will have to learn and integrate a host of things but I have no apprehension, rather greed! »

The only parameter controlled: the team. Jules Bianchi returns to the SG Formula team with which he discovered the world of single-seaters in 2007.
