Three boys with a bright future

It’s the story of three young French people who went to Austria to compete in the first round of German F4. At first glance, this sentence can cause a headache, especially for those who are not very comfortable with geography. But the goal is quite simple: after having gained a lot in karting, these three dream of climbing the ladder of car. Schooled at the FFSA Academy in Le Mans, the Three Musketeers spend a lot of time together and have understood the benefit of helping each other to progress collectively.

Thursday, installation day

Thursday is rarely a pilot's favorite day. Even in an environment as magnificent as that of the Red Bull Ring, closely watched by the majestic Styrian fir forests. It must be said that there is no driving planned, but we still have to spend the day at the circuit, to work on the small details that will make the difference throughout the weekend: the driving methods , warm-up procedures, or even the policy regarding track limits. But for the three friends, it’s also an opportunity to get together. Seated in the team tent at 16 p.m., the boys are smiling from ear to ear and their eyes are immersed in their phones. They play together Brawl Stars, the trendy online strategy and shooter game. “Here you go guys! ", Sami Meguetounif slips to his two friends, after another game won. These kinds of days inevitably pass more quickly when the drivers like each other. “This is my third year with F4 and it’s clearly the one where we have the best atmosphere between the drivers”, estimates William Westerloppe, technical director of R-ace GP in the category.

While waiting to get in the car the next day, Sami and Victor play online
