Swartzman moves to FIA F3 with Prema
Impressive for its first campaign in Formula 3 Europe in 2018 (third overall and winner of the Rookies class), Robert Schwartzman is logically retained by Prema Racing when switching to the new FIA F3 championship in 2019.
