Victor Martins dominates first day of testing

Already very energetic this Wednesday morning on a track that he really likes, Victor Martins (MP Motorsport) confirmed his great form chronometrically by setting the absolute best time of the afternoon and even of the day. The Frenchman is the only one to have gone below the 1'32”000 mark with a fantastic time achieved in 1'31”743, or 0”626 better than Jack Doohan (Trident), second in the session.

The Tricolores were particularly celebrating this Wednesday afternoon since Clément Novalak (Trident) set the fourth time (+0 »704), only a few thousandths behind Frédérik Vesti (ART Grand Prix), 3rd in the afternoon . Also note the new nice 5th place of Jak Crawford (Hitech), already the fastest of the morning.

The two other Frenchmen Pierre-Louis Chovet (Jenzer Motorsport) and Reshad de Gerus (Charouz) finished in the second half of the table, 26th and 28th respectively. As a reminder, the thirty drivers will have six hours of driving left this Thursday, from 9 a.m.
