WSR – The RS 01 ready for racing

Unveiled last June, the latest addition to Renault Sport, has accumulated 7475 kilometers in testing in Spain or Italy, before starting racing this year, particularly as part of the World Series by Renault, or in VdeV Endurance Series. Many drivers were able to slip into the seat of the RS 01, including the French Anthony Beltoise or Alexandre Prémat, as well as pilots from the F1 and Endurance.

Although we still have a little work to do on the brakes in order to achieve the objective of one set of discs per year, they have impressed all the drivers with their efficiency and endurance. Thanks to the efforts made by our men and our partners, because we have exceeded our specifications in all respects so that Renault Sport RS 01 has a very competitive operating cost on the market. »

The first models are being assembled, before the first deliveries which will take place in March. The first official racing outing of the RS 01 should take place at the end of May at Spa-Francorchamps, as part of the World Series by Renault.
