Juho Hänninen says he is surprised

Author of a performance close to perfection today on the roads of the first stage of the Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo, Juho Hänninen shared his surprise at seeing the gap between him and the competition.

?I was quite surprised by the gap I was able to open up at the start, especially in Burzet where I did well to choose the hard tyres. I immediately felt that the car obeyed me perfectly, and I told myself that I had to take advantage of this to push hard. In the last special of the day I didn't take any risks, but I salute the performance of Freddy (Loix),” comments the 2010 IRC winner.

After the first four specials, Juho Hänninen is 44??5 ahead of Freddy Loix, also on Skoda Fabia Super 2000, and 55??3 ahead of Petter Solberg, on Peugeot 207 Super 2000.
