Alexey Lukyanuk increased his lead on the second stage of the Azores Rally against the Skodas of Ricardo Moura and Lukasz Habaj.

Lukyanuk widens the gap in the Azores

Alexey Lukyanuk (Citroën) took advantage of the second stage of the Rally Azores (Portugal) to increase his lead over his pursuers. The reigning champion concluded the day with a lead of 40 seconds over Ricardo Moura (Skoda) while Lukasz Habaj (Skoda) completed the provisional podium 6 seconds behind the local driver.

Pierre-Louis Loubet (Skoda) is less than 5 seconds behind the Pole after losing precious time following a spin. The Frenchman precedes Chris Ingram (Skoda) and Marijan Griebel (Volkswagen).

Yohan Rossel (Peugeot ) is in 6th position in the ERC3 category, 1'22 behind leader Efrén Llarena (Peugeot).
