Bruno Magalhaes (Skoda) is well on his way to winning the Rally of the Acropolis. The Portuguese is at the top of the standings with more than a minute ahead of Norbert Herczig (Skoda), his closest rival.
Alexey Lukyanuk (Ford) was well established at the controls of the event, but the Russian dismounted at the end of SS4 after breaking his transmission. Eyvind Brynildsen (Ford) fell in the rankings on the same course after having to change a wheel and now completes the Top 5.
Hubert Ptaszek (Skoda) completes the provisional podium with more than half a minute ahead of Simos Galatariotis (Skoda).
En ERC 2, Érdi Tibor Jr (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) leads with almost a minute ahead of Juan Carlos Alonso (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X).
The crews still in the race will have four more stages contested this Sunday to decide between themselves before the finish.
