The third round of theERC 2023 opened this morning in the Masuria region in the northeast of the country. On a 3,46 km special, the competitors were able to make the final adjustments to their cars.

At the wheel of his Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, Mikolaj Marczyk was the fastest in this exercise. He then did it again during qualifying. The Pole was ahead of the Finnish Mikko Heikkilä (Fabia Evo) who distinguished himself in Fafe at the start of the competition. In 3rd place, Hayden Paddon confirmed his impeccable start to the championship. The New Zealander found terrain on which he already rode several years ago in WRC.

4th in the session, Martins Sesks is also among the favorites. The Latvian is followed by the C3 Nordiques of Tom Kristensson and Mads Ostberg who is struggling to exploit his experience. Ranked 9th, Mathieu Franceschi knows that he will not have one of the best places in the starting order this evening for the first special which will kick off at 18:30 p.m.
