By signing his first pole position in Formula Renault 3.5 Series, Bertrand Baguette (Draco Racing) is in a perfect position to achieve a double on the Spa Francorchamps circuit. Already a winner last year at home, the Belgian beat James Walker (P1 Motorsport), Miguel Molina (Ultimate Motorsport), Adrian Valles (Epsilon Euskadi) and Charles Pic (Tech 1 Racing).
Following the reverse grid principle, Marco Barba (Draco Racing) will start ahead of Marcos Martinez (Pons Racing) and Daniil Move (P1 Motorsport) this afternoon.
Alexandre Marsoin (Comtec Racing) will start from 21st place in the first race.
