The sixth round of the American Le Mans Series offered the public of the Road America circuit a magnificent spectacle. On arrival the Lola-Aston Martin of the Cytosport Muscle Milk of the duo Lucas Luhr-Klaus Graf is only ahead of the Lola-Mazda of Dyson Racing entrusted to Chris Dyson and Guy Smith by 112 thousandths.
During the final laps, Graf and Smith went wheel-to-wheel, with the Briton appearing slightly faster than his German opponent. But he will never manage to find the opening.
