Alpine Europa Cup – Tirman poleman of the C1

Confirmation for Simon Tirman! Highly visible yesterday during free practice 1, the Autosport GP driver took pole position on the Magny-Cours circuit. With a time of 1'48″246, he beat Paul Cauhaupe (Patrick Roger Autosport GP) by 8 thousandths and Lucas Frayssinet (Chazel Technologie Course). Thibaut Bossy (Herrero Racing) and Louis Méric (Race Cars Consulting) completed the top 5 but were relegated to 4 tenths.

Among the Gentlemans, pole went to Anthony Fournier (Race Cars Consulting) in 1'49″393. A lap which allows him to have almost a second ahead of his pursuers, Mickael Carree (T2CM) and Laurent Richard (Herrero Racing). Race 1 is scheduled for 18:05 p.m. this Friday.
