The World RX semi-finals in Barcelona have delivered their verdict. Strong man of this 2020 season, Johan Kristoffersson easily dominated the first semi-final of the day. The Swede crossed the finish line 2” ahead of Mattias Ekström without ever being worried.
Andreas Bakkerud managed to finish in the top three and will therefore fight for victory in Catalonia. Tymerzyanov, Bennett and Scheider are eliminated.
The second semi-final was dominated by the Hansen brothers. And in the family duel, it was Timmy who was the strongest. The eldest took advantage of Kevin's passage through the joker lap during the last loop to win.
Marcus Grönholm completes the podium. Marklund, Larsson and Doran head out the door.
