Eric Brunson (Subaru Impreza WRC) retired in the first special of the second stage, while he was leading the race. Gilles Nantet (Porsche 996 Cup) regains control of the Grand National ahead of Mathieu Arzeno (Citroën DS3 R3) and Cédric Robert (DS3 R3).
