Kris Meeke (Peugeot 207 S2000), winner of six of the seven stages contested on the first day of the Rally from Curitiba, comfortably occupies the lead in the general classification of the event. The Northern Irishman has a 32??7 lead over Guy Wilks (Skoda Fabia S2000), 1?00??1 over Jan Kopecky (Skoda Fabia S2000) and 1?42??7 over Juho Hänninen (Skoda Fabia S2000) .
Eight stages will be on the program on Saturday.
