A new leading driver crashed in the 12th special of Rally from Ypres. Pieter Tsjoen, who was third in the standings, retired after breaking the radiator of his 207 S2000 in the previous stage.
Freddy Loix (Skoda) once again gains the upper hand over his direct pursuer. Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot ) finished 4??4 behind the leader of the event.
Freddy Loix now has a lead of 1:44:7 over Bryan Bouffier. Hans Weijs (Skoda) takes third place in the standings, trailing the Frenchman by 1:16:3. Bernd Casier recovers fourth position and trails the Dutchman by seven tenths.
