Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot ) lost more than 38 seconds on the leader in Loch Chon following brake problems on his 207 S2000. Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) once again increases his lead by taking the scratch in the 9,91km covered in 6:33:3. “We have increased the pace a little and we maintain the lead of the rally, we are not particularly afraid of the long special which follows », comments the leader of the Rally of Scotland.
Juho Hänninen (Skoda) loses 8??4 on the lead of the race in this special. “We didn't have any major problems, the car was good but the road was more demanding than expected”, admits the Finn.
Andreas Mikkelsen now has a 36??7 lead over Juho Hänninen, while Bryan Bouffier is now almost a minute behind the Finn. The Frenchman maintains his third place with 20 seconds ahead of Craig Breen (Ford). Jan Kopecky (Skoda) occupies fifth position, 16?8 behind the Irishman.
