Despite General Motors' filing for bankruptcy, Hendrick Motorsports has announced its intention to continue running Chevrolets, the American giant's brand, in Nascar.
Rick Hendrick's team has won eight titles with Chevrolet, which has 180 victories in the discipline, the latest of which was this Sunday at Dover with Jimmie Johnson.
Chevrolet is the second of the four manufacturers involved in Nascar to see its group file for bankruptcy after Dodge (with Chrysler) in April.
